Evolution refers to the structure, not the portfolio. A holding company that keeps revising what it owns but never how it owns eventually gets outgrown by its own subsidiaries.
Multisector is meant literally. Cold chain is agriculture, energy and credit at the same time. An underwriter who covers one of the three cannot price it, and in this market that is most of them.
Investment, not advisory. We do not manage outside money.
The mark is a circle of open water with an infinity current running through it. The current is drawn as two filled shapes laid one over the other rather than as a stroked line, so it genuinely passes over itself at the crossing. Below roughly 28 pixels the wave strata drop out and the disc, the ring and the current carry it alone.

Formation
EVMSI is established in Ho Chi Minh City as a permanent-capital holding company. EVMSI Capital, EVMSI Infrastructure and EVMSI Estates are formed in the first year to hold, respectively, the group's balance sheet, its operating substrate and its land.
- 2024
Expansion into operating sectors
Three ventures are added — Intelligence, Energy and Agritech — moving the group from a capital and asset base into operating businesses with their own customers and their own P&L.
- 2025
Health and Studios
EVMSI Health and EVMSI Studios enter build, completing the eight-sector mandate. Group-level governance is formalised, including annual benchmarking of internal transfer pricing.
- 2026
Consolidation
The group's focus turns from formation to compounding: deepening positions inside the existing eight sectors rather than adding a ninth.
